Who We Are

Mission Ivorybill is a grassroots project created by Matt and Lauren Courtman.

Mission Ivorybill seeks to help save the Ivory-billed Woodpecker by: opposing the U.S. Fish and Wildlife’s delisting proposal; organizing and leading a systematic search for the Ivorybill throughout its extensive, potential habitat; and, engaging and educating the public about these amazing birds.
